• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes

• Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume

• Consult with renters, landlords, buyers, and sellers to hone in on their property wants and needs and close the deal

• With support from management, oversee the entire home search or rental process to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience

Qualifications

• New York State Real Estate License (or in the process of getting licensed)

• Desire to learn and grow as a real estate professional

• Enterprising drive and motivation to master the industry

• Ability to represent the Platinum brand in your community

• Ability to guide clients through the selling, buying, or renting process

• Ability to nurture leads and convert clients and closings

• Ability to build form meaningful connections with a diverse set of clientele

Compensation

$100,000

Supplemental Pay: Commission Pay
